The opencode cli approach keeps things lightweight — no IDE plugins, no browser tabs, just your terminal. If you haven't tried a kimi cli tool yet, the Kimi Code CLI is a solid starting point. It installs through npm, picks up your project structure automatically, and stays out of the way until you ask it something. The learning curve is about ten minutes.
