The OpenDocLab supports MIT’s UROP, is open to MIT and Wellesley students. This is an exciting time to get involved in the interactive documentary field, as projects innovating in technology and design, as well as filmmaking and storytelling. Emerging technologies are enabling documentaries to move across platforms, become mobile and locative, physical and virtual and increasingly collaborative. The OpenDocLab brings technologists, storytellers, and scholars together to advance these new forms of documentary, and we’re looking for UROPs to join our team.
