This is a great time for innovation in documentary storytelling. Emerging technologies are enabling documentaries to move across platforms, become mobile and locative, physical and virtual and increasingly collaborative. MIT’s Open Documentary Lab brings technologists, storytellers, and scholars together to advance these new forms of documentary, and now is the time to get involved in the field.
We’re periodically seeking Boston-based interns to join our team to work on website development and/or research. Applicants should specify if they are interested in either or both positions.
We are currently not accepting interns.
Research and content development
Intern will conduct research into interactive documentary to support ongoing lab projects.
Website development
Intern will help customize WordPress templates, and assist in the technical support and/or design of lab projects. Design skills are a plus.
If you are interested, please email us with a Resume/CV, including references, and a short cover letter. Interest in interactive documentaries and familiarity with the field is a plus.
