Danny Goldfield is a commercial photographer, designer, and creator of four long term portrait projects. NYChildren is photographs of one child from every country on earth who lives in New York City. To Live 10,000 Years is two centenarians (one man and one woman) in each of the fifty states. Penelope & Clementine are two sisters photographed once a year since infancy. At the MIT Open Documentary Lab, Danny will work on 1 to Infinity, a series of girls and women, every age, starting with a one year old and going all the way up to infinity. Experimentation with new collaborators and immersive technology will increase the immediacy and impact of these portraits. Danny’s work has been exhibited, broadcast, and published worldwide. He received an MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles and has over 25 years of experience in media production.
